2. Services Provided
FitTheJob.com offers S/G Insight - a resume-to-job alignment analysis tool that evaluates resume content against real job descriptions and delivers strategic insight in the form of a web-hosted report.
We do not provide resume rewrites, job placement services, or legal career advice. Reports are informational tools intended to support your decision-making and should be used at your own discretion.
3. Account and Payment
Some services may require payment. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are offered except in the case of technical failure preventing delivery of the purchased report.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment information.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on FitTheJob.com, including the S/G Insight report format, visuals, copy, branding, and technology, is the exclusive property of FitTheJob.com and its creators.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the service or report without our express written consent.
5. User Responsibilities & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems
- Share access to unique intake or report links with unauthorized third parties
- Use the reports to create a competitive service
Violation of these rules may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees regarding job placement, hiring outcomes, or accuracy of alignment insights. While S/G Insight is designed to offer strategic guidance, results may vary based on individual circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitTheJob.com and its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
